If same channel is assigned to light, simple or timed channel then a timed command is disregarded if light or simple is already on.
If the timer is started on a channel then a light or simple command will stop the timer.
Useful for assigning movement sensors to start lights but disregard the sensor/timer if a light/simple on command is sent.
If light channel is on but a simple on/off command is sent then the light channel status is cleared (not saved anymore).
This should allow for greater diversity in setups.
