NixOS Flake for Raspberry Pi 5 (RPi5)!

• This release mirrors as much from the v0.3.1 base as possible.
• I have not rebuilt my Pi from scratch to verify this release, please alert me if you find any build errors!

Things that don't work

• Xorg, obviously
• auto.cpufreq cannot detect turbo mode
• argonone fan controller doesn't work due to upstream EDKII TODOs
