[v0.0.1-alpha] Initial buggy release of The Phantom

The Phantom Alpha

Hello World

This is the initial release of The Phantom. It marks the beginning of an upcoming release tree, which will contain usable versions beginning from v0.1.0-alpha.

Versioning

The versioning tags partially follow the SemVer 2.0 convention by semver.org.
"-alpha" denotes this version is part of the development alpha.
"-beta" denotes this version is part of the development beta.
"-pre" denotes all pre-release versions, which are the precursors to the version mentioned before the tag.
Release versions will not have any of these denotions. A release will always follow a pre-release.

What even is this?!

This is just an initial test release. It is not usable and it is for sure no production version. Use it only for playing around within the code base!
