v0.1.0
Version 0.1.0
Welcome to the first release of Bouncy Road Mania! This game is still in development, so expect unfinished content and bugs. Features will change as versions progress. To install, please follow the installation instructions on the main page.
Play
The play option on the main menu will let you open a file to play. The results screen is definitely not done, so so far it just sends you back to the game select screen with the score.
Edit
The editor is based on the Rhythm Heaven Remix Editor. If you know how to use RHRE, then you will have no problem using the Bouncy Road Mania editor. For now, please refer to RHRE's documentation for basic editor actions.
Settings
There are no settings for the moment. The priority is to have the main Bouncy Road engine working and its editor.
Examples
I've included three example .brmania
files for you to test with. The first two are Bouncy Road and Bouncy Road 2 from Rhythm Tengoku, and the third one is Rhythm Rally (1) from Rhythm Heaven Megamix. Download examples.zip
.
Updating
It's important to stay updated since this project is far from complete. The main menu will indicate whether or not you should update with the version text in the bottom left corner.
