v2.9.0 - Scripting Support Added!

- Re-added 1/24 snap (and added 1/32 snap) due to request
- Right clicking the snap button will set it back to 1/4

- Updated Karate Man (Fever) hit 3/4 sounds
- Autosave won't immediately happen after playing a remix for some time (max tick-down time while not stopped is 10 sec)
- Improved credits text background
- Converted as much code as possible to be Kotlin (exceptions: Editor, EditorStageSetup (UI manager))
- Switched to using KHttp instead of Unirest
- Updated to libGDX 1.9.6
- Fixed some errors in the credits
