Added initial manipulation entries for Kinova manipulators:

  • Gen3 Lite: kinova_gen3_lite
  • Gen3 6DoF: kinova_gen3_6dof
  • Gen3 7DoF: kinova_gen3_7dof
  • 2 Finger Lite: kinova_2f_lite

Also added Robotiq grippers:

  • Robotiq 2F 85: robotiq_2f_85
  • Robotiq 2F 140: robotiq_2f_140

Not yet implemented:

  • passing MoveIt! parameters through config to overwrite inputs to move_group
  • choosing which host will run the MoveIt! move_group node
