Makes publishing to NPM and pushing the version tag to Github a little more seemless.

Steps I think would be:

npm version patch -m "Upgrade to %s for reasons"
npm pack
npm publish color-legend-element-x.x.x.tgz

TO DO:

add a GPG key to git
