Hotfix updates

• Changes directily related to the hotfix:
  • Update the HelloWorld project to use 0.11.1-hotfix.
  • Use the updated TracyAllocSrclocName provided by the hotfix.
• Changes unrelated to the hotfix:
  • Expose TracyEmitMessageAppinfo via Profile.AppInfo(string appInfo).
  • Add a simple example usage of AppInfo to the example program.
  • Don't use Convert() in IsConnected (this was something I did, and I've changed my mind about the implementation).
