cashshuffle_screen

Various small tweaks, performance improvements, and bugfixes.

In particular, optimizations were put into the GUI code to make large wallets much more responsive and synch faster. This should also help with CashShuffle (which tends to make large wallets).

Also added logic to force all input UTXOs to a shuffle to be confirmed-only.
