.github/workflows/fixtures.yml: Added a new workflow named "Trigger Fixture Regeneration" that runs on pull requests labeled with 'regenerate-fixtures'. It sets up permissions, defines the job to trigger the pipeline, and includes steps for checking out the repository, setting up Go, creating a comment, removing the label, regenerating fixtures, and updating the fixtures in the repository.
