[DO NOT MERGE if AVL Trees is merged] CI Job with only benchmark tests #565

The CI Job: ubuntu-latest, 3.8 runs only benchmark tests (instead of both benchmark and non benchmark tests). This makes the check faster and requires less memory.

Please don't merge this PR if AVL Trees PR (#564) is merged. That PR contains all the changes made in this PR.
