The attached archives contain a pre-build GAMS link for Couenne and the corresponding solver libraries.
The current development-version (master branch) of Couenne was used.
optcouenne.md contains a list of available solver options.

The Couenne link works with a GAMS 32 system and probably also with some future GAMS distributions.
