New: Link AmplSolver allows to run solvers for AMPL under GAMS, and get the solution back. The link writes an AMPL .nl file, calls the solver, and reads the AMPL .sol file.

The attached archives contain pre-build GAMS links for AmplSolver, Bonmin, Cbc, Couenne, HiGHS, and Ipopt and the corresponding solver libraries.
The current development-version (master branch) of Cbc, Bonmin, and Couenne were used. HiGHS is version 1.2.2. Ipopt is version 3.14.6.
The .md files contain lists of available solver options.

The links should work with a GAMS 39 system and maybe also some previous GAMS distributions.
