Removed Debain 9 support

Removed Debian 9 from supported images.

All tests now pass on Docker Hub.

This release will be the long-term release until Yocto 3.3 is released and/or Yocto's support for Linux distributions is modified.

This is the initial beta release for yocto-docker-tools.

Intended to be used with Yocto 3.2 "Gatesgarth".

All docker images have been tested by hand to ensure that they are able to run bitbake --dry-run core-image-minimal. Actual mileage may vary.

Automated testing and validation of each image is expected to be included in the next release.
