Add ZoneDirector 10.x support
Unleashed 10.x renames the
adminfolder toadmin10. Rather than hard-coding, this can be sniffed from the initial redirect & stored into{{BaseURL}}.The CSRF token retrieval is moved to the Login request, so we still have 2 prerequisite GETs before useful POSTs can happen.
