Paraview has trace files that can be loaded as python scripts, but I just went for a tutorial instead cause the trace file contains a lot of miscellaneous info.

how do you do this if you have many x000* files to create a movie? it would be nice if you added documentation for that.

oh you're right. this is kind of an extension of Ben's tutorial, so i forgot
