CUDA 12.4.1
This change updates the CUDA 12.4 CI builds to 12.4.1. The 12.4.1 base image includes cuDNN, which was not previously available in the 12.4.0 image.
This additionally updates the README to feature the latest builds, and includes the fix from #36.
