Chatty API

API for real-time chat app, Chatty, written in Phoenix.

Required Environmental Variables for Production.

Keep from committing secrets to prod with these ENV variables:

SECRET_KEY_BASE - Base app secret key.
GUARDIAN_SECRET - Secret key for Guardian.
