Release v3.36.1-beta.1 (#2257)

Improvements for all users:

- Thanks to https://github.com/ArchangeGabriel, we should now unpack all
  of our binary dependencies before the application is run, saving some
  startup time and avoiding anti-viruses alerts.
- We fixed a bug in the process that fetches a directory's content when
  it is re-included in the synchronization that was preventing it from
  completing.
