Improvements for all users:

• ✨ Desktop won't run a full scan of the local synchronization directory when the
  computer wakes from sleep anymore.
  This will reduce pressure on your computer's resources and improve
  synchronization resume speed.
• 🐛 We improved the way we save numerous changes in Desktop's local database to
  avoid crashes when there are too many of them.
