October 2015 production round v3

Bug fixes to llmetjj maps (they were empty):

• add more debug output for the llmetjj maps
• fix the initialization of the ijj member for llmetjj objects
• fix the length of llmetjj maps
• slight speed up of llmetjj map filling

Goes along with v1.0.0+7415 for the Framework
