"CQLF" stands for "Corpus Query Lingua Franca", which is the name of a series of international standards defined and maintained at ISO TC37 SC4 WG6.
The cqlf repository holds the CQLF-2 ontology, which is the core of the community side of this standardisation effort. (For more, see the wiki that accompanies that repository.)
