Changes since previous release:

• Internet connection errors when using a proxy are no longer called "Proxy connection errors".
• curl will now retry downloading files if a connection error occurs.
• Changed the post-install message to print the literal string $USER instead of the value of $USER (which would be root when the script is running).
• The OpenMPT icon is now downloaded right after downloading the executables.
