I am approving without reading the provisional model as discussed, this is a working document for Balduin and currently I am missing context for understanding the motivation of creating this newly planned model, like problems and shortcomings we have had with the old one, new requirements, improvement suggestions from other people... |

For integrating with external metadata consumers, work on a new metadata model has started. This PR adds a first draft (working copy!), but by no means a finished model.
