Super fast Low-discrepancy + Blue noise 2D sampler.
Single C++ header with no dependencies to generate 2D point sets which have both low discrepancy and Blue-Noise properties. This code is a c++ refactoring of the implementation given by the following paper (Project page):

The current code can generate point sets for the Blue-noise and Step target spectra in a very efficient way (~2.14ms for 1M points! , cf the paper for more details).
