## Description Update the type widening documentation to list additional type changes supported in Delta 4.0 (cherry picked from commit 31f09f0)

Description
Cherry-picks commits for the 4.0 preview features to this branch so we can include them in the latest docs. Also updates versions in the quickstart guide which are out of date.
