Description
This file no longer exists:
https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/eed3si9n/sbt-assembly_2.12_1.0/0.14.9/sbt-assembly-0.14.9.pom
Prior to this fix, even doing a "sbt clean" would fail when it tried to download that file.
How was this patch tested?
Tested by running "sbt clean" and "sbt compile".
Does this PR introduce any user-facing changes?
No
