How to run:
- Add your Discord Authorization ID in line 44
- Insert Channel ID and Guild ID (server) of interest from line 62, 69 and 76
- Insert your Discord webhook URL in line 66, 73 and 80
- Host it on a server or cloud service so that it runs 24/7 !
