Completed Development Environments

All nine compilers along with their own "hello world" programs are each packaged into their own completed Docker images. Each has its own documentation on how to use the image as well as the compiler. Any of the nine images can be pulled and run from Docker Hub. Links to each repository on Docker Hub are found in the Documentation of the language directory.

Any Issues or suggestions can be submitted as issues on Github.
