Might help to address #40. I've tested the component pieces of the readme updating workflow, and they all seem to work. I believe the issue is that the two actions (render_readme and generate_tally) are running in parallel when they need to be running in order. So to fix that, I added a new workflow .yml file that combines the two jobs, with a needs: statement to make sure they run in the order 1) generate_tally and 2) render_readme.
