Fix latin1 line for each generated grammar file (#25)

* streamlined a few print messages

* improving extension module vocola_ext_stringqh.py (string functions)

* switch off the shift trick for send_keys. Seems to have no effect any more.

* include "coding: latin-1" in output of Vocola

* reintroduce encoding=latin-1 line in emit.py

* fix detail emit.emit.py
