MLFQ-pseudo-scheduler

About

• A C implementation of the MLFQ scheduler using multithreading.
• The scheduler will takes the config parameters in a config file. The config parameters are no. of queues, time slice for each queue, priority boost time, no. of processes and their burst and arrival times.
• The scheduler runs in the main thread and the processes are created in new threads.
