The recommended length for og:title and og:description are from Twitter.
It's the strictest website / social media / app (LinkedIn, WhatsApp,
Google, etc...). Here's Twitter documentation:
https://developer.x.com/en/docs/x-for-websites/cards/overview/markup

The keywords can range from 5 to 20, 10 being what most SEO experts seem
to recommend.

Beside this, I rephrased a blog post title (and its file) to fit those
new SEO guidelines, but didn't add the filename as an alias since I
changed that blog post only 2 days ago.
