Hello, I'm Victor.

I work at Ministère de l'Environnement et de la Luttre contre les changements climatiques, wich is Québec (Canada) equivalent of a Departement of Environnement.

I specialize in hydrodynamic and water quality modelization of wastewater discharge into fluvial, estuarine and lake environnements.
