v1.0.0: Ciao mondo!

We're happy to announce the first version of Italian translation.

What's new

The following parts have been fully translated in Italian:

• menu and overlay: you can navigate into the UI. Some minor fixes are probably needed.
• My history > everything
• eCDP Exercise > "self check": short 10 question quizzes
• eCDP Exercise > "self study": you can really play this and learn how a typical McDonald's day is
• manager mode > everything, except Wi-Fi settings (not a priority right now)
