Add/Update Dockerfiles to provide arm64 support (#55)

* Add/Update Dockerfiles to provide arm64 support

* Add arg_sanitizer script, update dockerfiles to use script, move args to top of file, removed old comments

* rearranged sanitizer args

* Add -u to scripts

* Add comment to cp command

* reword

* fix whitespace
