- fix StringConcatToTextBlockFixCore.StringBufferFinder() to fail if a StringBuffer/StringBuilder constructor is used and isn't passed a StringLiteral or a NumberLiteral or an InfixExpression of StringLiterals concatenated - add new tests to CleanUpTest15
