Error: settings has 'billing_email' set to 'webmaster@eclipse.org' but 'webmaster@eclipse-foundation.org' is required.

Or should i edit directly in my PR but i am a bit unsure, because this is for the hole organsiation so a bit help would highly appreciated. 😉
