How To Install the Mod

Only follow these instructions if you're comfortable with manual installs of RimWorld mods. If you have the Steam version of RimWorld, it's much easier to subscribe to the Workshop item here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=735106432

To manually install:

1. Go to the Releases page to download the latest version of the mod.
2. Download the zip file whose name looks like this EdBPrepareCarefully-1.x.y.zip. The x.y numbers in the name will match the version number of the most recent release. Ignore the "Source Code" links. You don't need those if you're just trying to install the mod.
3. Find your RimWorld Mods directory.
4. Extract the contents of the downloaded zip into the Mods directory. Make sure that you don't accidentally "double-extract" the contents. You should have a Mods/EdBPrepareCarefully directory, not a Mods/EdBPrepareCarefully/EdBPrepareCarefully directory.
5. When you start the game, be sure to enable the "EdB Prepare Carefully" mod from the Mods page.
