OpenXrypt 0.3.0 Release Notes Pre-release

Overview

Thanks to @sarsey-walker and #3, Whatsapp can now have a real end-to-end encryption, through OpenXrypt. Nice job! Thx!
The app was improved on mobile browsers like Kiwi and Lemur.
