opening the repo

Very premature release. I would like to find out if anyone else finds this interesting. I've talked about it on the FreeCAD forum for too long, and need to just show my hand.

OBSOLETE. The master branch has evolved a lot. this release is kept only for tracking purposes. a new release will be made when the master branch reaches a key point
