Description

There are often radical changes to the Classic flow and/or its constituent steps that may have an adverse effect on the quality of results.

Proposal

The CI should automatically generate a summary report + tables for any pull request. The PR's author and reviewer should factor this report into the acceptance or rejection of a pull request.
