Places: Refresh mailbox icons

Use green and purple arrows for `mailbox-` inbox and outbox, consistent with use of same colors in mail send/receive. Use more forward-facing perspective. Add 24px icons. Fix: Delete duplicated arrow from `mail-send-receive-symbolic`.
