Hopefully this can reduce breakages caused by the version bump. I believe we still have to release embassy-time as a major upgrade, but migration should be just a bit smoother.
HALs can still override these, as they can override the features set on ETQD - they are allowed to just do their own thing. But now the users really don't have to import ETQD.
