First usable version!

This is a very brittle version with almost no error handling, but which can be used. 😄 It's really important to set-up properly, so take a look at the README page for more info. Install by just extracting the zip file and executing the Simple Arcade Launcher.exe file.

This binary is for Windows 32-bit (can be used in 64-bit, though).
