0.22.0

What happened?

Reproduced locally on Overlay sandbox

  1. Enable HideNewConversation feature
  2. Run overlay sanbox
  3. Note that + button disappears from dial header -> ok
  4. Click on DIAL logo -> new conversation is shown on the screen -> bug

Expected: nothing should be happened on DIAL logo click if HideNewConversation feature is enabled
