Repo containing imaging code to be applied to the RPi IR images extracted from the Bassenges setup.

The different folders contain the following:

• Preprocessing: the preprocessin library and a testing ipynb script
• VideoManagment: the video managment library and other testing scripts
• ForegroundRemoval: an ad-hoc median filtering library and two ipynb scripts to apply to a single frame or multiple frames
• Cell content identification: a first try at visually identifying cell content, making use of all previous folders
