Added ё to OSX keyboard. Letter can be typed by either holding Ctrl+Alt, or Right Alt key.

To install, download the attached Ubuntu or OSX (or both) attached zip files. Unzip, and run setup.exe.

Reboot your computer for the keyboard to properly appear in Language Settings under Russian.
