Still raw, buggy, unfinished and unversioned!

TODO:

  • fix failing Schnorr sig check test (adopt g.exp for unsigned big ints)
  • do more tests for unsigned bigint operations, fix their semantics
  • choose bits length limit
  • versioning
  • do a node test for a transaction with unsigned bigint (new type) , update EIP-50 with activation details
