System supports Arabic language, it should chat with the users and understand their needs, based on this understanding the system should be able to understand the behavior of the user to able to respond, train on how to solve user minor problems and display the accurate results, but in case the bot did not understand the user’s query it should recommend one of the customer support team to the user.
